我喜歡給家裡人買點補品，可是有時候我也不知道給老人買什麼好，於是我到了店裡之後就問店員買什麼好，這位熱心的店員就告訴我說是膠原蛋白推薦吧！我當時就想著膠原蛋白也挺貴的，而且既然店員都給推薦了，應該也就沒有錯了，於是我就在他的膠原蛋白推薦下，給爺爺奶奶買了幾盒膠原蛋白，拿回家在之後，他們都試著喝了幾天，感覺效果挺不錯的，於是就給周圍的老人也推薦這個膠原蛋白，現在奶奶身邊的老人 都在服用膠原蛋白呢。

外帶
最近工作實在是太忙了，我現在都沒有時間去吃飯，到了吃飯的時候，我都會讓我朋友外帶給我，我覺得這樣才會不浪費時間，但是這樣也不好，因為我朋友有的時候也不會出去吃，那麼就沒有人給我外帶回來了，是不是我工作的方法有問題，所以說我就想在工作的時候我要加油，這樣才會有更加好的發展，至於他們外帶給我不，我覺得都無所謂了，我就自己出去吃，其實吃飯也不會浪費我很多的時間，我之前那樣想也是我自己的想法，工作有效率才是最重要。
